What to tell us in your message

A few details help us guide you faster and skip the back-and-forth. Don’t worry if you don’t have all of them — just send what you can.

Helpful details Optional
  • Full name of the person the puja is for
  • Date, time and place of birth (for Mangal Dosh and other kundli-based pujas)
  • Your gotra, if you know it — no problem if you don’t
  • The puja you’re considering, or simply the problem you’re facing
  • Your city or country, so we can set timings and arrange prasad delivery
Just exploring?

You don’t need to be ready to book. If you only want to understand your dosh or which puja might help, ask — answers, a free dosh report and honest guidance cost nothing.

Before you write to us

How quickly will you reply?

We answer most WhatsApp and email messages within a few hours during working hours — Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm IST. On Sundays and major festival days it may take a little longer, but we always get back to you.

What details should I send for my puja?

The full name, date, time and place of birth of the person the puja is for, your gotra if you know it, the puja or problem, and your city or country. For Pind Daan and ancestral rites, also share the departed person’s name and your relation to them.

Which languages can I talk to you in?

English and Hindi, on chat or on a call. If you’re more comfortable in another language, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I speak to the pandit before I book?

Yes. For most pujas we can arrange a short video call with the acharya, so you can see and speak with the person who will perform your ritual before you decide.

I live abroad — when can we talk?

We schedule calls in your timezone — the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, the UAE and beyond — so you never have to stay up at odd hours to reach us.

Do I have to pay before you’ll answer my questions?

No. Asking questions, getting a free dosh report and working out the right puja for you are all free. You only pay once you’ve decided to go ahead and book.
