• Payment details, which are processed securely by our payment gateway (we do not store your full card details)

• Basic device and browser information, and pages you visit

• To perform your puja in your name and gotra, and to schedule the Sankalp
• To send you the puja video, photos and updates, and to deliver prasad
• To process payments and send confirmations and receipts
• To respond to your enquiries over WhatsApp, phone or email

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Pandits — your name and gotra, so the puja can be performed in your name
• Payment gateway (such as Razorpay) — to process your payment securely
• Courier and delivery partners — your address, to deliver prasad
• Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) — in anonymised/aggregated form
• Authorities — if required by law
